Rec-Tangling

Directions: Each letter in the rectangle below is used in exactly two words. To solve, enter the answer to each clue beginning in the correspondingly numbered space and proceeding clockwise, ending in the space before the next consecutive number. The chain of twenty-four answer words will make its way around the rectangle twice. The answer to #6 appears in the yellow squares, moving in order clockwise around the rectangle; the starting point of this word has been left for you to determine. For answers, click in any square to reveal that square's letter.

Rec-Tangling is based on a concept developed by Patrick Berry and is published with his permission and the permission of Games magazine.
