Leftovers

When we use abbreviations (such as ASAP for As Soon As Possible), what happens to the letters we leave off? Well, they show up in this puzzle! Each item below represents the letters that are left over when we use the shortened version of a familiar two-, three-, or four-word phrase or name. To make the puzzle more challenging, we’ve omitted the spaces between words. (Note also that the letters removed are not all initial letters in a word.) Can you restore the missing letters and spaces?
